Medical breakthroughs need to be studied for several years from concept until they are ready to be classified as safe and the initial concept is proven or dis-proven, prior to being available to the public.

The process includes several steps, some of by which are the following:

1. researching a concept
2. determining steps and cost for a study
3. obtain funding
4. find appropriate participants for the study
5. monitor individuals in the study for a proper duration
6. close study
7. analyze results
8. share results
9. allow to be available to the public
