Social Security Disability Insurance
The Social Security Disability resource center provides information on the Federal Disability Benefit Programs, SSD (social security disability, mandated under title II of the Social Security Act) and SSI (supplemental security income, mandated under title 16), in addition to answering questions about Social Security Retirement benefits and providing resource links on topics such as Medicare.

Patient Advocate Foundation seeks to empower patients to take control of their health care. Case managers work with patients to discover local, state, and federal programs that provide assistance for their individual needs. PAF has produced six major publications, several informational brochures, and several special sections devoted to certain health related topics to assist in this goal. Our case managers have also compiled a list of valuable resources that address several topics that you may find beneficial.

Health & Disability Advocates (HDA) is a national organization, based in Chicago, Illinois, that uses multiple strategies to promote income security, work and education opportunities and improve healthcare access and services for children, people with disabilities and low-income, older adults.
National Organization of Social Security Claimants
Established in 1979, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives is an association of over 4,000 attorneys and other advocates who represent Social Security and Supplemental Security Income claimants. Our members are committed to providing high quality representation for claimants, to maintaining a system of full and fair adjudication for every claimant, and to advocating for beneficial change in the disability determination and adjudication process.
